2/1/2021 We are gearing up again and looking around for some younger mares to add to our broodmare stock. Also awaiting the birth of a Thorben 466 foal in May.
April 7, 2011 - Just a few more weeks!
It’s almost time! Our beautiful ster mare Reina T.C.F. is expecting her Sipke 450 foal around April 23rd.
April 4, 2011 - General Update
2011 breeding season has begun at DJ’s. Plans are underway with breeding contracts to Tonjes 459, Sipke 450, and Fridse 423.
October 3, 2010 - DJ’s Farm Friesians Keuring results
Ster
Mare Djura K.’s filly, Hermione, out of Nanning 374 is awarded a 2nd
Premium and takes Reserve Champion filly at the Southern California
Keuring. Model Mare Lederwyntsje’s colt, Igneon is awarded a 3rd
Premium. (Runners were unable to control Leder while running Igneon. We
think he would have gotten a better premium if Mom had been more
cooperative)
October 1, 2010 - Heartbreak at DJ’s Farm
Our beautiful
Ster mare Luna Yfke gave up on her brave battle for life against cancer
and was humanely euthanized at 3PM. We will miss you Luna.

showing Leder at her best. Ster Mare Reina T.C.F. takes first place in
Saddle Seat English Pleasure.
October 5, 2009 - Off To Reno
The Fhana 25th Anniversary
celebration will be October 8-10 at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Event
Center in Reno Nevada. We are taking Model Mare Lederwyntsje for exhibit
and the beautiful, athletic Ster Mare Reina T.C.F. for competition.
